How it works.

The Lean Iterator program is a process, designed to help entrepreneurs find the best path to success. Running through rapid iterations of your idea, doing real-world experiments, and finding the right insights in your data - helps you go from idea, to product, to business.

The program focuses on 3 phases:

Ideation: Expanding on the idea. Identify and validate the customer’s problem and possible solutions.

Exploration: Validate the business model and market, prototype and plan the product.

Creation: Build on the learnings from previous phases into a clear direction and product offering, which will be launched to the public.
